Ever send yourself a calendar appointment or reminder? It's a great idea. Send one to yourself every week to remind yourself of not just routine ordinary tasks; but more significant than that. What inspires you? It’s a motivator. Many people have come to a place in their lives in which they are about to birth something new in themselves or through to others to become a blessing in the world. I read a passage that spoke about the pain and the promise. The pain suggests that no matter how painful life experiences can be at times, we must allow the birth to take place. The promise is what God is trying to get us to see and understand as a part of HIS divine plan for our destiny. And mind you. Not everyone has a role in that experience. Sometimes, people will leave. Or maybe, you are the one who may have to walk away in the direction of your calling; with all that you’ve learned and experienced up to now. And some people may not want to experience having to let you go or see you grow. Push. A divine example of that transition also suggests that whenever we are subject to experience a divine break up and break through, there are labor pains and contractions associated and disguised as trouble, tragedy and drama that appear and occur when we’re closest to our next new idea, career, business opportunity and blessing. What an incredible way to transition. So, how should we embrace and endure the shift you may ask? Well, we proceed in what Psalm 46:10 remind us which says, “Be still and know that I am God”. Astute and valiant no matter what happens because faith works. ~ Design

We all desire a healthy lifestyle beaming with vitality! Especially at the age and stage where our brain may try to convince us that our time is up and that we should no longer attempt to enjoy the wonderful positive things we love to do. Yeah right! We know better than to listen to that voice that tells us that we can’t paint; right? Why? Because Matthew 19:26 NLT suggests otherwise. We know better than to attempt recreational activities like performing a quarter turn dismount from a balance beam without harnesses. We believe that it is always in the best interest to enjoy our lives. Appreciated for when we could once do the things we could. Remembering that we all deserve; and will have “our time” to do what we do and with greatness. We encourage everyone to keep moving; as we’re so reminded that “Life is Movement”. And that it is. God Bless you. Faith works. ~ Design Article: WebMD http://www.webmd.com/healthy-aging/tc/healthy-aging-normal-aging Today, we make declaration to continue and always be kind as well as creative.
Our favorite word this week is epiphany. Earlier this week, we challenged our blog readers to identify a term and use it in their vocabulary this week. Understanding that the more we speak a thing, a word, event or any type of thoughts, somehow the Universe conspires to see that it happens! Last weekend was one of the greatest moments in my life. We had the opportunity to reunite with the dreamers, doers, creators, mentors, designers, writers, speakers, performers, brothers and sisters. I’m sharing about none other than BET Family Worldwide! Unscripted, Unplugged, Unapologetically, Unafraid to shine, Unbelievable and Incredibly Awesome! And I know that the Master Creator had everything to do with the manifestation of that moment. As I take a knee and thank him for all the opportunities and reminders of why we’re called, I will ensure to include a prayer to see them again in 2017. Keep your head to the sky family. Romans 8:28 Do you have a testimony? We’d love to hear it. Leave a comment. Thanks for stopping in today. ~ Design Image Credit: http://theoriginaljc.blogspot.com/2014/05/when-was-your-last-epiphany.html The very essence of energy can be explained as the power of life, the source within you that always will light your way. When aware and applying this knowledge, we then began to understand how our energy when mixed with others impacts the world and other people. There’s an exchange of energies all the time. Which if you notice, every human being has what’s called, energy. It may be low energy. High energy or even no energy at all; either way it exist. How are we feeling right now? How do we wish to feel? It's a self examination. The mind is not a terrible thing to waste because it was created by God with divine receptors that automatically inform us of what to do. We are empowered naturally that our greatest wealth is our health. There is no doubt about that. May we all take great and the best care of our energy; where it resides, in the earth, in ourselves and in others. May all of your energies be oh so well today. Faith Works!
